At BabiesRus.pk, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer an Easy 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy to ensure a worry-free shopping experience.

7-Day Return & Exchange

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.

To qualify, the product must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned with all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories.
  • Be free from damage caused by misuse or improper handling.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Requests received after 7 days may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless received damaged or incorrect:

  • Opened baby care products
  • Personal hygiene products
  • Personal care items
  • Products showing signs of use
  • Clearance or promotional items (where specified)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect product

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of the courier label (if applicable)

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.

Return Approval

All return and exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by BabiesRus.pk.

Products that do not meet the eligibility requirements may be returned to the customer without replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed.

Refunds will only be issued for approved returns.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be made through bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.

Refund processing may take 7–14 business days after approval.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

  • Wrong item sent
  • Damaged product
  • Defective product

BabiesRus.pk will bear the return shipping cost.

For all other approved returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Policy Updates

BabiesRus.pk reserves the right to amend this Return & Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice.

Any disputes arising from purchases made through our platform shall be governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan.
