At BabiesRus.pk, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

As most of our products are sourced internationally and ordered specifically for our customers, we do not accept returns.

We kindly request that you review product details, sizes, and specifications carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be returned or cancelled.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be possible only for products that are available in stock at the time of your request.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The exchange request must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

Customers are responsible for all shipping and logistics costs associated with exchange requests.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Every order is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure product quality.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement where applicable. Shipping and logistics charges for returning the item will be the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Charges

All shipping, return shipping, exchange shipping, and other logistics-related charges are non-refundable and must be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated by BabiesRus.pk.

Refunds

As our products are sourced on a pre-order basis, refunds are generally not available once an order has been placed and confirmed.

Refunds, if approved under exceptional circumstances, will be processed solely at the discretion of BabiesRus.pk.
