Order Processing
After an order is placed:
- An order confirmation will be sent to the customer.
- Orders are processed after successful verification.
- Since many of our products are sourced internationally, orders are prepared specifically for each customer before dispatch.
- Standard processing and fulfillment may take 2–5 business days before shipment.
- BabiesRus.pk may contact customers for order verification before dispatch.
Order Cancellation
Customers may request order cancellation before the order has been dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Any eligible requests will be handled in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
BabiesRus.pk reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect pricing
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Incomplete customer information
Product Availability
Although we strive to maintain accurate inventory, some products may become unavailable after an order has been placed.
In such cases, customers will be notified and offered:
- A replacement product (if available), or
- A refund where applicable.
Payment Method
We currently accept:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
Additional payment methods may be introduced in the future.
Quality Assurance
Every product undergoes a quality inspection before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Customers are responsible for providing:
- Accurate shipping information
- A valid phone number
- Correct email address
- Timely communication regarding delivery
BabiesRus.pk is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate customer information.
